Yet another all-nighter for Josh. Alright, so this time I rolled out some changes that can be noticed by our visitors [and hopefully appreciated]. The menu bar at the bottom has changed; I lowered it slightly and it appears on all the pages and it has some new links. The color/font chooser no longer appears on all the pages of JR, instead [like promised] the chooser has been relocated to a new page for user/visitor settings. This thing uses cookies [so I hope you have them enabled, otherwise...tough], so users can now save their preferences for JR. Currently the options are to set your name, choose a font, and choose a color [for background]. The options will expand as more features are added & enabled on the site.

I've been testing most of this already and it's pretty good except for a line or two on some of the pages that need some updating. As a result of the new Settings page, I'm no longer creating links with the querystring at the end [i.e. - "?font=&color="]. Most of them are gone, but a few remain throughout the site I need to rid of.

So my work is done for the night, hope you appreciate it. As for me, I'm in dire need of sleep.

Started working on some sketches for the comic, some stuff I want you guys to take a look at. Then there's preperations for the site to handle the scans. I've yet to make anything concrete on how I want to present the images, but I do have an idea on what I want. Of coarse there will be divisions of the three main themes, the third being the film. When we do begin work on it, I plan to add concept art and story board, plus anything that we can add as extra fun stuff to look at.

Within the SAM/NIN I want an art, sketches, and concept art sections. The art will be initially where the comic will be put befor I organize it. Sketches will have all the stuff that I've done on characters and landscapes and stuff. Concept will have more concrete detailed images of things that would possibly appear in the comic.

As for NGEARS I'd like to prepare the similar layout as that of SAM/NIN. Not much besides that until I begin on the aggresive stuff with in it.

I'm going to try to prepare enough stuff to not make another meeting about the same subject. Want to get site layout out of the way so we can get scans up and begin on the concrete work of the comic.

One last thing... Should I work on this from left to right, or right to left?

Hey, its me...my first post. Well you guys all know me as the wanna-be samurai, although i think i could beat josh in a duel. I admit though Jorge has me on the drawing thing. haha well later

Hey folks, Josh here. This is a filler message until Dre realizes that he's got an account on the website for ranting. I guess until then, this will remain. I suppose I'll offer up a bit of a more formal introduction. The newest member, in the four odd years since I added the ranting system and only individual to penetrate the original triad, Andres "Dre" Redondo. An artist of sorts, he has been associated with the group for years and has assisted in many inventions, as well as whine about not seeing any changes. Warm welcomes.

We'll find out how often he really checks the site as I don't intend to tell him of this new account and await his request for access to his new account.
